what is the best way to dissolve internal scar tissue? I've read about serrapeptase and nattokinase, both enzymes, but are there any herbs that will do the same job?

Hello Mag,

Thanks for writing.

For starters Mag, we must consider DNA repair, so we suggest you include in your diet foods containing abundant nucleotides that are the building blocks from which your body builds DNA and RNA. These include sardines, brewer's yeast, anchovies, mackerel, herring, salmon, lentils, most beans, animal liver, fresh oysters, chlorella algae and spirulina algae.

In Ayurvedic medicine these 2 herbs are often used to help heal internal scar tissue:

Arjuna (terminalia arjuna) is a cardiac stimulant and is rejuvenating. It is Ayurveda’s best herb for heart disease and angina and heals heart scar tissue after surgery.

Ashwaganda (withania somnifera) is a tonic, rejuvenating and aphrodisiac herb. It is used for conditions of general debility, sexual debility, and nervous exhaustion. It helps regenerate the hormonal system and heal tissues, is used for combating stress, supports healthy libido and calms the mind and promotes relaxation.

Although we personally do not know if Apitherapy works, here's link on the subject: http://www.wholehealthne.com/bee.html

Of the two formulas you mention, Nattokinase may prove of some use. The other is principally used as an anti-imflamatory agent.

We hope this help. Do not hesitate to contact us again.
Good luck! H.
